With four sets of tee boxes to choose from the golf course can range in length from 5300 yards to 7000 + yards. The Scottish/Irish-links look to the golf course features “an aggressive bunkering style featuring dramatic fescue banks that provide playing strategy and definition,” says McBroom. The golf course features the right mix of holes featuring a couple of short par 4s, par 5s that are reachable and par 3s that are long but definitely the key to scoring well. “It was a fun course to do,” said McBroom. It is an easy walk as the majority of the tees and greens are in close proximity to one another. However the newly installed Visage GPS system on the Club Car Carts definitely increases accessibility of finding your way around the course with ease.
Ambassador Golf Club is a Par 71 public golf course that has been acknowledged by leading golf writers from across the country after visiting our magnificent facility. Upon opening it was nominated as the “Best New Course” in Canada (Golf Digest) and Ontario (OG Magazine). In that same year, Ambassador Golf Club was rated as one of the “Top 15 Best Golf Values” in the province by Ontario Golf Magazine.
